1. Purpose

No commercial objective overrides ethical responsibility.

2. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Rauch International requires full compliance with:

  • Cross-border regulations
  • Professional standards
  • Export control laws
  • Anti-corruption statutes
  • Sanctions programs
  • Securities regulations (where applicable)

In the event of conflict between laws, guidance from qualified legal counsel shall determine obligation.

Individuals associated with Rauch International must act honestly and in good faith.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Anything exceeding customary value requires disclosure.

7. Confidentiality & Information Security

All non-public information must be protected.

The misuse or disclosure of confidential data is prohibited.

Information includes:

  • Client data
  • Partner information
  • Proprietary methods
  • Financial data
  • Personal data
  • Strategic plans

8. Data Privacy

All responsible individuals must protect personal data in compliance with:

15. Diagnostic Integrity & Framework Independence

Rauch International’s signal-level and decision-grade evaluation frameworks — including structured previews and IMERA™ — must be conducted with independence, objectivity, and integrity.

No individual may:

  • Manipulate inputs, outputs, or structured findings
  • Mischaracterize framework outputs or representations
  • Exert pressure to alter outcomes or classifications
  • Represent outputs as approvals, guarantees, endorsements, or clearances
  • Selectively disclose results in a manner that misleads stakeholders

All framework outputs reflect structured evaluation at a point in time and must not be interpreted as advice, certification, or outcome assurance.

The integrity of these frameworks is an ethical obligation.

Commercial, relational, or strategic pressure must never influence structured evaluation outcomes.

16. Amendments

This Code may be updated at any time.

The latest version governs upon publication.
