1. Purpose

Rauch International forms partnerships only where integrity, professionalism, and accountability can be enforced.

This Code defines the minimum standards for all entities or individuals that:

  • Represent Rauch International
  • Co-deliver work
  • Act in a partnership role
  • Collaborate strategically
  • Engage in joint activities
  • Participate in programs, alliances, or initiatives

This Code is a condition of partnership.

2. Scope

This Code applies to:

  • Strategic partners
  • Alliance partners
  • Institutional collaborators
  • Joint initiative participants
  • Introducing partners
  • Co-delivery organizations
  • Representatives
  • affiliates

It applies globally.

3. Ethical Standards

Partners must:

  • Act lawfully
  • Conduct business ethically
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Adhere to integrity principles
  • Maintain independent judgment
  • Avoid deceptive behavior
  • Preserve reputational trust

4. Anti-Corruption & Influence

Partners must not:

  • Offer or accept bribes
  • Provide improper inducements
  • Engage in influence trading
  • Conceal payments
  • Use agents to route inducements

Partners must comply with all anti-corruption laws.

5. Conflicts of Interest

Partners must disclose:

  • Relationships that affect objectivity
  • Financial interests
  • Competing roles
  • Personal involvement in transactions

Rauch International may require:

  • Recusal
  • Restructuring
  • Termination of relationship

6. Confidentiality & Information Use

Partners must secure:

  • Proprietary data
  • Sensitive information
  • Client materials
  • Intellectual property

Information may be used only for approved purposes.

7. Compliance with Laws & Trade Controls

Partners must comply with:

  • Sanctions laws
  • Export controls
  • Trade regulations
  • Data privacy laws
  • Labor standards

8. Data Protection

Partners handling personal data must:

  • Implement safeguards
  • Notify of breaches
  • Limit use to authorized purposes

9. Representations, Authority & Framework Boundaries

Partners may not:

  • Speak on behalf of Rauch International
  • Make commitments
  • Offer guarantees
  • Provide assurances

unless explicitly authorized in writing.

No partner relationship implies agency, authority, or representation beyond expressly defined written agreements.

In addition, partners must not:

  • Interpret, characterize, or represent the outputs of Rauch International signal-level or decision-grade frameworks
  • Describe structured outputs as approvals, endorsements, clearances, or guarantees
  • Communicate framework outputs or findings to third parties without express authorization
  • Imply that any output guarantees engagement, execution, or commercial approval

All interpretation, outcome classification, and engagement determination remain solely with Rauch International.

10. Reporting Obligations

Partners must report:

  • Misconduct
  • Violations
  • Suspicious behavior
  • Reputational risk
